About The Position

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is hiring energetic Warehouse Associates for its night-shift operations team. Associates help ensure customer orders are filled accurately and delivered on time. The role includes picking, packing, and loading customer orders for next-day delivery, along with replenishment, housekeeping, and inventory-control tasks. RNDC provides training and support for the role.

Associates safely unload and verify product, stage it for put-away, and use designated picking methods and warehouse systems to maintain accurate inventory and product locations. The work also involves meeting individual productivity and accuracy standards, assisting with inventory counts, and coordinating with associates during shift handoffs and with delivery personnel and the early-morning receiving crew.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferably one year of warehouse experience.
• Obtain certification and safely operate applicable material handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip-sheet attachments, and clamper trucks or attachments.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload trailers, verify the load for accuracy, and stage products for put-away.
• Pick and pack orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice-directed picking, or paper pick tickets.
• Meet individual productivity and accuracy standards measured through Labor Management metrics.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including applicable forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip-sheet attachments, and clamper trucks or attachments.
• Use Warehouse Management System scan guns and tools to maintain proper inventory levels and product locations.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counting as directed.
• Interact with associates during shift handoffs.
• Interact with delivery personnel and the early-morning receiving crew.
• Perform replenishment, general housekeeping, and inventory-control functions.
