About The Position
Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is seeking energetic Warehouse Associates to join its growing operations team on the night shift. The role helps ensure products are delivered on time and customer orders are filled accurately. RNDC provides training and support to help associates contribute to the operation. Warehouse Night Associates pick, pack, and load customer orders for next-day delivery, and perform other warehouse functions including replenishment, housekeeping, and inventory control. The role involves working with colleagues during shift handoffs and interacting with delivery personnel and the early-morning receiving crew.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; preferably one year of warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Obtain certification and safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip-sheet attachments, and/or clamper trucks or attachments.
- Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Safely unload product trailers, verify load accuracy, and stage product for put-away.
- Pick and pack customer orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice-directed picking, or paper pick tickets.
- Meet individual productivity and accuracy standards measured through Labor Management metrics.
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip-sheet attachments, and/or clamper trucks or attachments.
- Use Warehouse Management System scan guns and tools to maintain inventory levels and accurate product locations.
- Assist with physical inventories and cycle counting as directed.
- Interact with associates during shift handoffs and with delivery personnel and the early-morning receiving crew.
- Perform warehouse replenishment, general housekeeping, and inventory-control functions.
