Warehouse Associate Part-Time
About The Position
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and following the company’s customer experience principles. The role helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment; adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. This is a part-time position at HomeGoods Store 0595 in Charlottesville, Virginia. The starting pay range is $13.75–$14.25 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Role-model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to established procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain merchandising standards and follow established merchandising procedures.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in maintaining and cleaning the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
