About The Position

The Day Shift Returns Warehouse Associate helps ensure efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise according to departmental and Exemplar Luxury Group standards. The associate receives training in a specific department, is cross-trained, and is expected to work across multiple warehouse areas. The role is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the shift Supervisor. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The posting lists an hourly rate of $18.00 and a salary range of $18.27 to $20.19; actual starting pay depends on work location, experience, and other job-related factors. Overtime may be needed during peak business periods.

Requirements

Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
English proficiency to complete safety and on-the-job training and meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Work across warehouse responsibilities including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing as business needs require.
Ensure merchandise handling and processing meet company standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Follow operational and safety protocols to comply with company policies.
Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
