About The Position
The Day Shift Returns Warehouse Associate helps ensure efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise according to departmental and Exemplar Luxury Group standards. The associate receives training in a specific department and is cross-trained and expected to work across multiple warehouse areas. The position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the shift Supervisor. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The hourly rate is listed as $18.00; the posting also lists a salary range of $18.27–$20.19, with actual starting pay varying by geographic location, experience, and other job-related factors. Requirements
- Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- English proficiency sufficient to complete safety and on-the-job training and meet compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Work across multiple warehouse responsibilities, including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing, as needed.
- Ensure merchandise handling and processing meet Exemplar Luxury Group standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Follow operational and safety protocols to comply with company policies.
- Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
