About The Position

This Warehouse Associate role supports Cencora's U.S. distribution services, operated through its AmerisourceBergen business. The position involves fulfilling customer orders, managing inventory, tracking and verifying products, and maintaining a clean work area. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime required when needed. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with potential earnings up to $20.48 based on opportunities such as shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working, and dependable, with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work the listed shift hours and overtime; overtime is mandatory in most Distribution Centers to support real-time delivery.
• Able to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively; products vary in weight and size.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred, with 1 year or less noted.
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock products; pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to protect pharmaceutical products and merchandise and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and note and report discrepancies or obvious damage.
