About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports Cencora’s U.S. distribution services through its AmerisourceBergen business. The role handles pharmaceutical products and merchandise through order fulfillment, inventory counting, product tracking, and receiving tasks. Work takes place in a climate-controlled facility and requires meeting distribution standards in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime that may be mandatory. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with potential to earn up to $20.48 through opportunities such as shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses. A national annual salary range of $37,752–$56,650 is also listed; actual pay may vary by location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hardworking, and dependable, with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work the listed shift hours and overtime; overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively; products vary in weight and size.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience, preferably one year or less.
• Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock products; pick and pack customer orders; and prepare outbound shipments.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to help keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and report discrepancies or obvious damage.
