About The Position

Accredo, Evernorth’s specialty pharmacy, is hiring a Warehouse Associate at its pharmacy fulfillment site in Whitestown, Indiana. The role supports the supply chain by receiving and stocking products, moving materials to appropriate locations, rotating stock, and maintaining accurate inventory so medications can reach patients.

Requirements

• Basic math, computer, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities in a busy warehouse environment and work a flexible schedule when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to speak and understand English to communicate safely on the floor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical motions throughout the shift, including bending, stopping, squatting, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to read and distinguish small print.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory tracking, warehouse operations, or the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA).

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming products for accurate counts and quality.
• Unload trucks and move inventory throughout the warehouse and pharmacy.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies and shipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Complete inventory counts, rotate stock, and remove expired products as needed.
• Safely operate equipment and tools, including manual and electric pallet jacks, carts, dollies, box cutters, and wire cutters.
• Use computers and PDA scanners to enter data and locate inventory.
