About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal package handlers to help move packages during the holiday season. This is an active, hands-on warehouse role working with a team to keep packages moving safely and on time. Training is provided, and previous warehouse experience is not required.

The role is seasonal and part-time, with a season duration of October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Two shift options are available: Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, from 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Typical shifts are approximately five hours, and end times may vary based on package volume and business needs. The position pays $20 per hour, with weekly pay, a seasonal bonus, overtime pay consistent with applicable law, and premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Repeatedly lift packages as described in the job posting.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with the team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
