About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support its Warehouse Operations team. The role involves securely handling, moving, and storing client records and information, while maintaining efficient workflows and following physical security guidelines. The work is physically demanding and includes moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, using ladders, carts, and pallet jacks, and working with team members to prepare pallets for transport. The position offers union compensation, PTO, and benefits. The stated hourly rate is $25.98, and the reasonably expected salary range is $48,200 to $60,300. Selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening after accepting an offer.

Requirements

Experience and comfort with physically demanding work involving repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail to follow procedures accurately and maintain the security of confidential records.
Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening after accepting an offer.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, move, weigh, and sort a variety of items to support efficient workflow.
Move records boxes weighing up to 50 pounds on and off shelving and carts, often using a ladder safely.
Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.
Follow physical security guidelines to protect customer information.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
