About The Position

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support third-party logistics (3PL) distribution operations at its Brownstown, Michigan distribution center. The active warehouse role involves preparing orders, processing inbound inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and moving products safely and accurately throughout the facility. The position offers a Monday-through-Friday mid-shift schedule from 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with potential overtime and rotating Saturday coverage. Pay is $19.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked after 5:00 p.m. A $1,000 retention bonus is paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment. The work takes place in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled distribution center with temperatures that vary by season. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Demonstrate dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Have strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment.
Be able to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work.
Be available for overtime and rotating Saturday coverage as business needs require.
Consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds.
Work safely at heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Stack, wrap, load, and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; training is provided as needed.
Verify parts and quantities to support inventory accuracy.
Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep work moving efficiently.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs.
