About The Position

The Warehouse Associate provides customer satisfaction while supporting warehouse operations. The role is generally responsible for picking parts, loading trucks when needed, and handling materials, including using lift equipment when necessary. The position is based in a warehouse or distribution center, with hours varying Monday through Sunday and occasional overtime. Physical work includes extended standing, bending, lifting, and handling materials.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED; vocational school certification is also noted as a plus.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and represent oneself and Belle Tire professionally when interacting with employees and customers.
• Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers.
• Pick parts.
• Load trucks when necessary.
• Handle materials.
• Follow Belle Tire safety methods and policies.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
