About The Position

The Warehouse Associate - Picking is a positive, energetic, eager-to-learn teammate responsible for providing 100% customer satisfaction. The role generally involves picking parts, loading trucks when necessary, and using lift equipment when necessary. The position is based in a warehouse or distribution center, with varying hours Monday through Sunday and occasional overtime. Physical demands include standing for long periods, heavy lifting, and handling materials.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to read and write English.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED; vocational school certification is also noted as a plus.
Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.

Responsibilities

Communicate and represent oneself and Belle Tire professionally when interacting with employees and customers.
Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers.
Pick parts.
Load trucks when necessary.
Handle materials.
Follow Belle Tire safety methods and policies.
Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
