About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is part of the Distribution Center team in Jackson, Tennessee, performing picking, packing, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse duties. The role uses JDA WMS and a mix of manual and automated systems to process orders and inventory while following established procedures and safety guidelines. The listed pay rate is $20.60 per hour, and this position is described as second shift.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment and technology.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.
Experience with JDA WMS and automated systems such as Autostore and VLMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick orders using JDA WMS, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
Work in manual picking modules, Autostore automated storage and retrieval systems, VLMs, and cart-picking environments.
Verify selected products, quantities, and lot or serial numbers for each order.
Pack orders efficiently and securely, protecting and labeling items appropriately.
Verify order accuracy, complete required documentation in JDA, and prepare shipments for dispatch by weighing, labeling, and staging them.
Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and record receipts accurately in JDA.
Unload, sort, and store products in designated locations using manual and automated systems and powered equipment.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
Use JDA WMS for inventory transactions, order processing, and documentation.
Operate and troubleshoot automated systems such as Autostore and VLMs as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to support efficient workflow.
