About The Position

The Kitting Warehouse Associate is part of the Material Handling team in Willard, Ohio. The role supports accurate inventory management and keeps the plant supplied with the appropriate parts while following site safety policies and applicable ISO standards. The position works first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., at a rate of $20.60 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid lift truck operator license or successful completion of lift truck training.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Janus scanning guns and procedures.
Knowledge of the AS400 system.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Complete the daily forklift safety check sheet.
Load and unload parts.
Scan parts in and out of stock locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
Keep the plant stocked with the proper amount of parts while avoiding excess inventory.
Follow all SBD Willard safety policies.
Follow applicable ISO standards and procedures.
Keep stock areas neat and organized.
Perform tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Group Leader.
