About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is a temporary seasonal package-handling position based at 5959 Randolph St., Commerce, California. Associates help manage the holiday rush by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, keeping workspaces organized, and helping packages reach their destinations safely and on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The role pays $18.50, with eligibility for overtime pay consistent with applicable law and a $500 seasonal bonus, subject to location- and assignment-specific eligibility and payment terms. The season is scheduled to run from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Three shift schedules are offered: 1:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m. Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Friday–Monday. Hours may vary with business needs, and associates may be required to work overtime when needed. “End of Sort” means completion of the required sorting work and cleanup as directed by site management.

Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent roles after the assignment ends, depending on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages and perform the described physical tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, squat, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
