About The Position

MISS A is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join its fulfillment team. The role focuses on quickly and accurately picking and packing orders, inspecting merchandise, and preparing packages for shipment. The associate also helps with outbound shipments, maintains an organized workstation, and cleans the warehouse as needed. The work is performed in a warehouse that is not climate controlled and requires sustained physical activity throughout an eight-hour shift. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Requirements

• Required English communication skills.
• Required basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Demonstrate initiative, perseverance, and efficiency on a daily basis.
• Maintain a positive attitude with coworkers, customers, and the surrounding team.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and carry or lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not climate controlled.
• Ability to sustain long periods of walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, climbing ladders, and lifting objects throughout an eight-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Manually pack merchandise using the correct packing materials and methods.
• Manually pick merchandise, using ladders when needed to reach items on shelves.
• Count and inspect items before picking or packing them.
• Contact Warehouse Team Leads for assistance with orders when needed.
• Include necessary advertisements or flyers and the invoice in every package.
• Meet the daily quota.
• Restock and keep the workstation organized.
• Clean the warehouse area as needed.
• Assist with outbound shipments, including palletizing and wrapping pallets.
