About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports Supply Chain Operations, including stockroom outfitting, receiving, kitting, inventory control, and shipping. The position performs general warehouse and stockroom assignments as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor and helps maintain accurate inventory, warehouse service, security, and safety.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Associate, with hands-on experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP is preferred.
• Ability to interface professionally with internal and external personnel.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
• U.S. Protected Individual status required; qualifying status includes U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident as defined at 8 USC 1160(a).

Nice To Haves

• Experience and knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, kitting, staging, and shipping in accordance with warehouse policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory control and accurate inventory balances.
• Maintain a high level of service in the warehouse.
• Maintain warehouse security and safety.
• Assist delivery companies in coordinating services.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and report results as required.
