About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate at L&S, you will perform general warehouse duties, including loading and unloading, pulling stock, and participating in inventory processes. The role works closely with the warehouse team, subcontractors, and production staff, and requires dependability, punctuality, reliability, and engagement. You will support plumbing, electrical, and HVAC inventory operations, maintain the warehouse and yard, and provide service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC construction industry.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including working indoors and outdoors in varied temperatures and weather; climbing ladders and steep stairs; crawling; standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and reaching; routinely lifting objects over 50 pounds; and pushing and pulling objects.
• Ability to take direction with a positive attitude and complete quality work on schedule.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Teamwork mentality.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and stock plumbing, electrical, and HVAC inventory.
• Pick orders.
• Provide accurate inventory counts through cycle counts or full inventory.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard.
• Work alongside industry experts to expand tri-trade knowledge and experience.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including Production, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Purchasing.
• Enter project data into multiple corporate databases.
• Communicate proactively with management about issues and concerns.
