About The Position

The Warehouse Associate 1 performs shipping, receiving, and material-handling tasks at RealTruck. Work includes receiving and stocking products, inventory control, picking and packing orders, staging inventory, and shipping products. The role also supports production by moving materials and finished goods, and includes maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of forklift experience.
• Skilled in using a pallet jack, tape gun, ERP system, and forklift.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow detailed but straightforward written or oral instructions using common-sense understanding.
• Ability to handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects.
• Ability to perform physical activities including climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, talking, and hearing.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma.
• 6–12 months of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for movement throughout the warehouse by sorting, scanning, repackaging, palletizing, labeling, and wrapping them.
• Bring products to the production line for installation or assembly and move finished goods to loading racks.
• Complete paperwork for finished goods in preparation for customer shipment.
• Pick and pack bulk and drop-ship inventory according to customer orders.
• Stage inventory for shipment and load trailers.
• Unload trailers and receive products, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips in the ERP system.
• Train other employees.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
