This role is responsible for maintaining company standards in housekeeping and contamination control. The associate will greet customers promptly and professionally, identify order accuracy, and capture appropriate customer signatures upon receipt. Key duties include pulling and identifying materials correctly, counting, sorting, and placing stock materials on racks, shelves, or in bins. The role also involves receiving shipments, examining, unpacking, and checking for accuracy, as well as validating rejects, damaged items, and shortages, notifying appropriate parties. Preparing outbound shipments per established company guidelines is also a primary function. The company is a full-line Caterpillar dealer established in 1962, with headquarters in St. Augustine, Florida, and multiple branch locations across Florida and other states. They employ over 2,000 people and are dedicated to customer service.
