SUMMARY: Responsible for shipping and receiving parts, pulling orders, stocking parts, inventory control, and overall warehouse operations. Responsible for shipping and receiving parts, equipment, and supplies. Stocks the parts stores with an appropriate amount of merchandise Responsible for inventory control. Enters inventory into software system (NetSuite). Responsible for cleanliness of warehouse. Operates a forklift and hand-truck. Practices safe material handling techniques. Filing of freight bills of lading, equipment packing slips, etc. for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes. Responsible for filing freight claims for damaged goods. Complete deliveries to stores and customers as needed, in company cargo van. Flexibility to work overtime, as required. TEAMWORK: Demonstrate and promote a spirit of cooperation and teamwork throughout the Company Continually look for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively Improve personal performance on a continual basis CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide responsive, professional, and diplomatic customer service Answer customer calls and correspondence quickly and pleasantly Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner Perform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationship Immediately addresses any customer’s concern and requests the involvement of other Company personnel as required SAFETY: Follow all company safety programs and report any non -compliance to Parts Warehouse Manager. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid Driver’s License required and Forklift Certification preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Effective communication skills. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must possess basic math skills. Ability to perform these basic operations using units of American money and weight measurement, and volume. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
