About The Position

As a Parts & Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for fulfilling and shipping parts orders, ensuring they reach their destination smoothly. You will also oversee the receipt, stocking, and organization of incoming parts inventory. Beyond these core tasks, you will provide general warehouse support, stepping in wherever needed to keep operations running seamlessly. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude
Basic woodworking skills and knowledge/experience in operation of handheld power tools
Basic math skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and customer service skills
Detail oriented with strong time management, accuracy, and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment

Nice To Haves

6+ months of prior forklift experience
Prior warehouse experience

Responsibilities

Fulfill, pack, and ship parts orders using handheld barcode scanners
Complete shipping processes and paperwork, including the use of UPS shipping systems
Maintain organization and efficiency in the part room
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely as needed
Assist with crating/crating parts and equipment as needed
Assist with weekly cycle counts and physical inventories
