This Warehouse & Parts Coordinator position is paid hourly and plays a critical role in supporting our field operations through inventory control, parts ordering, and warranty assistance. Requirements

  • 1–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or parts-related experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy equipment and materials
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Warehouse, Logistics, or Parts: 1 year (Required)
  • Ability to Commute/Relocate: Baton Rouge, LA (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with parts ordering, vendor coordination, or warranty processing is a plus
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Experience using inventory management or purchasing systems preferred
  • License/Certification: OSHA-10 or Forklift Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
  • Assist with loading and unloading vans/trucks using warehouse inventory
  • Track inventory, conduct cycle counts, and assist with full inventory counts
  • Utilize equipment to move, load, and unload heavy materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory and parts records in the inventory system
  • Order parts and equipment from approved vendors to support service, install, and maintenance teams
  • Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers regarding parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Assist with warranty tracking, documentation, and processing of warranty returns or claims
  • Pull, stage, and deliver parts to job sites as needed
  • Communicate proactively with technicians and management regarding parts status and availability
  • Participate in safety training and comply with all company safety policies and procedures
