About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal, part-time Warehouse Associates (described in the posting as Seasonal Package Handlers) to help move packages through its Salt Lake City warehouse during the holiday season. The role is active and hands-on, working with a team to keep packages moving safely and on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is based at 1854 S. 5350 W., Salt Lake City, UT 84104. The listed shift is 5:00 PM–9:30 PM, with schedules including Monday–Friday, Thursday–Monday, or Friday–Tuesday. Typical shifts last approximately 4–5 hours, and end times may vary according to package volume and business needs. The assignment is scheduled to run from 10/27/26 to 01/01/27. Continued employment after the season is not guaranteed, though team members may be considered for available permanent positions.

Pay is $17.25 per hour, paid weekly. The role is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law, and overtime may be required when business needs require it. A seasonal bonus is offered, subject to eligibility, amount, and payment requirements that may vary by location and assignment. Premium pay applies to hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during a scheduled shift.
• Be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
