About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal package handlers to help move holiday packages through its warehouse. This is an active, hands-on role working with a team to unload, sort, move, and load packages safely and efficiently. Training is provided, and prior warehouse experience is not required. The position is seasonal and part-time, with a stated season running from October 27, 2026, to January 1, 2027. Seasonal employees may be considered for permanent positions after the assignment ends, depending on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

The role is based at 2500 Marty Robbins Drive, Building 10, Lebanon, Tennessee. Pay is $19.50 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour weekend-shift incentive for Friday through Sunday. The position is eligible for overtime pay as required by applicable law. Premium pay is offered for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Seasonal bonus eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment.

Shifts are Monday through Thursday or Friday through Sunday, with an 8 a.m. start and a 12 p.m. finish. Typical shifts are approximately four hours, though end times may vary based on package volume and business needs. Employees must be available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed, and for overtime when business needs require. The warehouse may have limited temperature control, resulting in hot or cold working conditions.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in hot or cold environments, as warehouse temperature-control capabilities may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for action.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
