About The Position

The Warehouse Associate executes assigned tasks for daily warehouse operations, including picking, receiving, processing, preparing, storing, moving, and shipping products. The role works independently and follows company standards and safety procedures while handling merchandise with care, identifying missing, lost, or damaged materials, and applying labels so products reach the correct destination. The associate may help train newly employed team members, maintains knowledge of company products and policies, and may perform other duties in support of the company’s success. This is a full-time position with a set schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The work takes place in a warehouse that is not temperature-controlled. The role requires prolonged standing, walking, lifting, climbing, pushing, and pulling, and frequently lifting or pulling items weighing up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent required; GED accepted with warehouse work experience.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
Ability to understand and adhere to all safety requirements.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, and adapting quickly to change.
Excellent time management and organization skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
High degree of personal and professional integrity.
Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on department needs or business goals.
Ability to work positively and collaboratively with different groups within the company.
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and work effectively in a team environment.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

0–3 years of experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, pick, pack, unpack, and ship products according to company standards.
Perform warehouse tasks while following safety procedures and conventions, including proper lifting techniques and maintaining a safety zone around equipment.
Identify missing, lost, or damaged materials.
Handle merchandise with appropriate care.
Apply labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
Maintain excellent knowledge of the company’s products and policies.
May assist with training newly employed team members.
May perform other duties as assigned in support of the company’s overall success.
Maintain a safe and organized work area while supporting daily warehouse operations.
