About The Position

The Warehouse Associate executes assigned tasks for daily warehouse operations, including picking, receiving, processing, prepping, storing, moving, and shipping products. The role works independently and as part of a team to handle merchandise safely and carefully, apply shipping labels, and support an organized work area. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, in a warehouse that is not temperature-controlled. It requires prolonged standing, walking, lifting, climbing, pushing, and pulling, including frequently lifting or pulling items weighing up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent required; GED accepted with warehouse work experience.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
Must understand and adhere to all safety requirements.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and adapt quickly to change.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
High degree of personal and professional integrity.
Able to prioritize assignments and shift efforts based on departmental needs or business goals.
Able to work positively and collaboratively with different groups across the company.
Able to work independently, self-motivated, and effective in a team environment.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

0–3 years of experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely receive, pick, pack, unpack, and ship products according to company standards.
Follow safety procedures and conventions, including proper lifting techniques and maintaining safe zones around equipment.
Identify missing, lost, or damaged materials.
Handle merchandise with appropriate care.
Apply labels to ensure products are shipped to the correct destination.
Maintain excellent knowledge of company products and policies.
May assist with training newly employed team members.
May perform other duties as assigned in support of the company's overall success.
Maintain a safe and organized work area while supporting daily warehouse operations.
