About The Position

The Warehouse position works in the warehouse selecting orders and receiving product. You may operate a forklift or pallet jack during your shift. This role involves receiving product, selecting orders, and operating warehouse equipment. It requires repetitive lifting, stooping, bending, and kneeling. Employees must follow operational and maintenance procedures to maximize the use of warehouse equipment and complete additional duties as requested by the Supervisor and/or Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Must be 18 yrs. or older
• At least 1 year warehouse experience
• Ability to use follow safety rules and guidelines
• Ability to strictly adhere to safety guidelines
• Basic reading and spelling skills for completion of paperwork
• Able to work in varying climate conditions
• Solid interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic self-starter
• Ability to receive and follow directions
• Ability to multi-task
• Good communication skills
• Customer-focused
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent work ethic
• High School Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred
• Knowledge of the food industry helpful
