About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler in Reno, Nevada. The role supports holiday operations by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, helping ensure they reach their next destination safely and on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, although hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sorting work and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The season runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Pay is $19.50 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour for Saturday and Sunday, weekly pay, and overtime pay consistent with applicable law. A seasonal bonus of $500 is offered, subject to eligibility and other terms. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages and perform physical tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, lift, reach, push, pull, squat, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot or cold conditions where temperature control may be limited.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Complete required sorting work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
