About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Associate, referred to in the posting as a Package Handler, to support warehouse operations at 2500 Marty Robbins Drive, Building 10, Lebanon, Tennessee. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the operations team, with an emphasis on quality, safety protocols, and maintaining a productive and secure work environment. Duties include unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery, while working collaboratively with the team.

The base rate is $19.50 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour weekend shift incentive for Friday through Sunday. The listed schedule is Friday through Sunday, 12:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of required sorting work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse heat and cold as temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities
