About The Position

The Assoc II, Warehouse Ops supports inbound or outbound warehouse activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. Inbound duties include receiving products, while outbound duties include shipping products. The role uses warehouse equipment and the Manhattan Warehouse Management System, and follows applicable requirements for storing refrigerated specialty products. New-hire training takes place from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, with mandatory on-camera attendance. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Employees must be flexible to work any shift schedule during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST. The anticipated hourly range is $15.70 to $22.80. The position is not bonus eligible.

Requirements

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience preferred.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Unload inbound trucks using a pallet jack or equivalent device to move pallets out of trucks.
Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
Follow regulations for storing refrigerated products when working with specialty products.
Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
Meet applicable quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards.
