About The Position

Hubbard Supplyhouse is a family-owned plumbing and irrigation supply house that also specializes in kitchen, bath, appliances, and lighting. The Warehouse Associate (Receiving & Shipping) supports daily warehouse operations by managing inbound and outbound product flow. The role includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and staging materials accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a team-first environment.

The position involves receiving and verifying shipments, maintaining organized inventory, preparing and verifying orders for delivery or customer pickup, and safely loading trucks. The associate also uses RF scanners and warehouse systems, maintains clean and safe work areas, collaborates with warehouse, delivery, and counter teams, and communicates issues or delays promptly. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends. The listed salary is $18.50.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or physical labor role.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer and scanning tool proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a consistent pace.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in plumbing, irrigation, or wholesale distribution environments.
• Familiarity with shipping software or ERP systems.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Receive, stage, and stock inventory in appropriate locations.
• Identify and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and product organization.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Load trucks safely and accurately based on order requirements.
• Verify outgoing shipments against packing slips and sales orders.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and secure loading.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
• Represent Hubbard Supplyhouse with a professional and positive attitude.
• Collaborate with warehouse, delivery, and counter teams.
• Support team goals and contribute to a team-first culture.
• Communicate issues or delays clearly and promptly.
