About The Position

Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a family-like, team-first environment. The company is a family-owned plumbing and irrigation supply house that also specializes in kitchen, bath, appliances, and lighting.

The Warehouse Associate (Receiving & Shipping) handles inbound and outbound product flow, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and staging materials accurately and efficiently. The role also uses RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders, maintains clean and safe work areas, and collaborates with warehouse, delivery, and counter teams while providing professional customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or physical labor role.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer and scanning tool proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a consistent pace.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in plumbing, irrigation, or wholesale distribution environments.
• Familiarity with shipping software or ERP systems.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment.
• Ability to multitask and adapt during high-volume periods.
• Dependable, team-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Receive, stage, and stock inventory in appropriate locations.
• Identify and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and product organization.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Load trucks safely and accurately based on order requirements.
• Verify outgoing shipments against packing slips and sales orders.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and secure loading.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, including clearly and promptly communicating issues or delays.
• Represent Hubbard Supplyhouse with a professional and positive attitude.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse, delivery, and counter teams.
• Support team goals and contribute to a team-first culture.
