About The Position

Standard Supply is hiring an entry-level, full-time Warehouse Associate to prepare and load customer orders safely and accurately. The role is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment and involves operating powered equipment and using RF scan gun technology. Training is provided. The position is with a family-owned HVAC supply company operating locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain a can-do attitude.
• Safety-first mindset when using equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds regularly.
• Ability to operate powered equipment.
• Comfort loading and unloading trucks.
• Ability to sit for 20 or more minutes at a time.
• Ability to push and pull 20 or more pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, twist, and climb ladders.
• Comfort handling large or unusually shaped items.
• Clean driving record with no major or repeated violations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
