About The Position

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations by receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products and assisting with other warehouse tasks. This is a temporary seasonal position supporting the upcoming peak season. Anticipated start dates are November 9–16, 2026, and employment is expected to last approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on operational needs. Employment may be extended beyond the seasonal period based on business needs. The role is an individual-contributor position, with potential to grow into a team lead role as the company expands. The position is onsite in Houston, Texas, with evening hours from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and pay of $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Proven warehouse experience.
• Team-player attitude and organizational skills.
• High school diploma.
• Adequate knowledge of a warehouse data system.

Nice To Haves

• A BS degree is preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory.
• Process, sort, and ingest packages accurately.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Organize warehouse space.
• Receive, unload, and appropriately place incoming inventory items.
• Check and verify shipping labels.
• Follow company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Suggest ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
• Communicate operational needs and concerns to the HQ team.
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers regarding pickups and deliveries.
• Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts.
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance.
• Consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments.
