About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and promptly handling incoming and outgoing stock. This DC-based role involves receiving, placing, loading, and verifying stock and shipments, operating packaging and material-movement equipment, and helping ensure the correct items are shipped. The associate works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, uses warehouse technologies, and supports safety initiatives. The position may require travel up to 5%.

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted, and to handle items weighing 51 pounds or more with assistance on an intermittent basis, for up to twelve hours per day.
Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with technologies such as RF scanners, barcodes, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ability to function in a flexible workforce environment based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

Receive, place, and load incoming and outgoing stock.
Verify receiving and shipping documents and confirm accurate product counts.
Operate packaging and material-movement equipment.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks and ensure the correct items are shipped.
Support all safety initiatives.
Meet performance standards determined by the manager.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
