About The Position

Gateway Supply is seeking a customer-focused Warehouse Associate to connect products with customers and manage daily warehouse operations. The role includes receiving and processing materials, order and shipment accuracy, truck loading and unloading, inventory control, coordination with internal teams, customer service, and maintaining safety standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience, with a track record of accuracy and speed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eagerness to learn Gateway Supply’s operations and products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process incoming and returning materials.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory of products entering or leaving the warehouse.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping to job sites.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product delivery.
• Provide exceptional service to external customers.
• Uphold safety standards in all operations.
