About The Position

The Parts Warehouse Person prepares and fulfills warehouse orders according to established schedules. The role processes supply orders, pulls and organizes materials and parts for delivery, prepares invoices, and coordinates with drivers on routes for filled orders. It also supports inventory accuracy and audit quality by conducting physical counts and reconciling stock against computer-generated reports. Additional duties include receiving, unpacking, delivering, and restocking goods; processing and documenting returns and purchasing orders; maintaining inventory levels; and keeping the shipping supply area, shelves, and workstations clean, organized, and safe. The position requires attention to detail, organization, and compliance with procedures.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Valid driver's license.
Must pass a post-offer drug screening, physical examination including a lift test, and background check.

Responsibilities

Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders.
Pull materials and parts and place orders in the delivery area.
Prepare invoices for parts orders and process invoices received from drivers.
Interact with drivers and organize their routes according to filled orders.
Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stock with computer-generated reports.
Receive, unpack, and deliver goods; restock items as necessary.
Process and document returns according to established procedures.
Monitor and maintain current inventory levels.
Process purchasing orders as required.
Perform routine housekeeping and maintain clean, organized shelves, workstations, and shipping supply areas.
Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
