About The Position
The Parts Warehouse Person prepares and fulfills warehouse orders according to established schedules. The role processes supply orders, pulls and organizes parts for delivery, prepares invoices, and coordinates with drivers on routes and order-related paperwork. It also supports accurate inventory records through physical counts and reconciliation with computer-generated reports; receives, unpacks, delivers, and restocks goods; processes returns and purchasing orders; and maintains clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping-supply areas while following procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements

- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for customers and the company.
- Computer proficiency.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must pass a post-offer drug screening, physical examination including a lift test, and background check.
- Valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders.
- Pull materials and parts and place orders in the delivery area.
- Prepare invoices for parts orders.
- Interact with drivers and organize their routes according to filled orders.
- Process invoices received from drivers.
- Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stock counts with computer-generated reports.
- Receive, unpack, and deliver goods.
- Restock items as necessary.
- Process and document returns according to established procedures.
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels.
- Process purchasing orders as required.
- Perform routine housekeeping to maintain a clean area.
- Keep shelves and workstations organized and neat to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Maintain a clean shipping-supply area.
- Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
