About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Wash Load Capacity Specialist to support its Rental Division. The role involves verifying that customer garments and bulk products, such as shirts, pants, floor mats, and shop towels, are accurately organized into laundry bags. The specialist weighs each bag, checks that it meets weight parameters for its material type, and uses equipment to send appropriately weighted bags to the washroom. Warehouse Associates are expected to keep their work area clean and meet or exceed standards for work quantity and quality.

This is a full-time, regular position on the second shift. The work is fast-paced and schedule-driven, involves frequent communication and working in proximity to others, and may require handling soiled materials or materials with pungent odors using appropriate protective equipment. The position requires standing and physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift.
