About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Wash Load Capacity Specialist to support its Rental Division. The role involves verifying that customer garments and bulk products, such as shirts, pants, floor mats, and shop towels, are accurately organized into laundry bags. The specialist weighs each bag, checks that it meets weight parameters for the material type, and uses equipment to route appropriately weighted bags to the washroom. Warehouse Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of work.

The position requires working safely near others for extended periods in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. Associates frequently communicate with others and handle soiled materials or materials with pungent odors using appropriate protective equipment. The role involves standing and physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.
