About The Position

This role is for a Warehouse Associate focused on picking and packing products for shipment. The associate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and shipping products, as well as kitting materials into various packaging configurations. They will also handle and move materials safely, support daily warehouse operations including housekeeping and organization, and be willing to cross-train in other departments as needed. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. They must be able to meet productivity and quality expectations and adapt to shifting priorities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Effective communication skills
Basic math skills, including counting and quantity verification
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions
Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; tools and equipment are available to assist with heavier items
Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day

Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or operations environment
