About The Position

This role is for a Warehouse Associate focused on picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. The associate will also be responsible for kitting materials, handling and identifying materials according to safety and quality standards, supporting daily warehouse operations, and cross-training in other departments as needed. Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Effective communication skills
Basic math skills, including counting and quantity verification
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions
Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; tools and equipment are available to assist with heavier items
Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day

Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or operations environment

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
Kit materials into boxes, cases, and other packaging configurations
Handle, identify, and move materials in accordance with safety and quality standards
