About The Position

This role is for a Warehouse Associate on the 1st Shift, focusing on Pick/Pack duties. The associate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and shipping products, as well as kitting materials into appropriate packaging. They will handle and identify materials throughout the warehouse, perform daily follow-up on warehouse functions like housekeeping and organization, and cross-train to support other departments as needed. Additional tasks and projects may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others
Basic math skills, including counting and simple calculations
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions
Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity expectations
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (tools and equipment are available for heavier items)
Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with material handling processes or inventory systems
Experience working in a team-based or cross-functional setting
