About The Position

In this role, your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. You will also kit materials into boxes, cases, and appropriate packaging, and handle, move, and correctly identify materials throughout the warehouse. Daily follow-up on warehouse functions, including housekeeping and organization, is expected. You will also cross-train and support other departments as needed, and complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others
Basic math skills, including counting and simple calculations
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions
Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity expectations
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (tools and equipment are available for heavier items)
Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with material handling processes or inventory systems
Experience working in a team-based or cross-functional setting
