About The Position
We are in need of a full time person for these tasks. This role involves managing inbound raw materials by unloading trucks, verifying freight against documentation (BOL and Inbound Ticket), and accurately placing items in the warehouse. It also includes outbound order fulfillment for customers, LTL, or Hot Shot Pickups, which involves reading delivery tickets, verifying order accuracy, picking items from shelves, wrapping orders, and applying proper labels and BOLs to shipments.
Requirements
- Very computer literate (Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good with Math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Good Forklift Skills
- Attention to details
- Dedicated Car for commute to and from work
- High School Diploma
Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and check freight BOL to Inbound ticket
- Count pieces taking off truck
- Put items in the proper place in the warehouse
- Read Outbound Delivery Ticket
- Verify correct items are loaded onto pallet or pulled for order
- Pick orders from shelves as per Pick Ticket
- Wrap orders for shipment
- Adhere proper labels and LTL BOL’s on each shipment
