About The Position

We are seeking an Order Fulfillment & Inside Sales Specialist for a Contract-to-Hire position at our Fremont, CA facility. This role focuses on processing customer orders, supporting inside sales operations, maintaining client communication, and coordinating spare parts logistics. Experience in inside sales or order processing within semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or OEM equipment sectors is highly desirable.

Requirements

• Background in order management, sales operations, inside sales, or customer service within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and professional customer service skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Fremont, CA.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in inside sales or order processing within semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or OEM equipment sectors is highly desirable.
• Sector background in semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, robotics, or high-tech equipment manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and track customer purchase orders, price quotes, and component requests using ERP and CRM platforms.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer accounts, addressing inquiries regarding order status, lead times, and pricing details.
• Review incoming purchase orders to confirm accuracy in pricing, item specifications, and delivery terms.
• Partner with engineering, production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
• Check stock availability, fulfill spare parts requests, and manage outgoing shipment paperwork.
• Identify potential inventory or operational delays early and communicate clear updates to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of client communications, order histories, and sales documentation within the system database.
