About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support its Rental Division. The role involves driving company trucks to designated areas within the facility to unload soiled products, then loading clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks according to their assigned routes. Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded.

The position is fast-paced and schedule-driven, with time pressures to complete work efficiently. It involves working near other people for extended periods, exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements, and handling soiled or pungent materials with appropriate protective equipment. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements.

• Must be able to stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities
