About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. The role involves driving company trucks to designated areas within the facility to unload soiled products, then loading clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products according to the routes assigned to each truck. Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded.

The position is in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. Work may involve exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements, as well as handling soiled materials or items with pungent odors while using appropriate protective equipment. Employees are expected to follow safety and attendance policies and work near others for extended periods.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements.
• Must be willing to handle soiled or pungent materials while using appropriate protective equipment.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
• Must be able to stretch, bend, squat, stoop, turn, or reach to perform work activities.
• Must be able to perform physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated areas in the facility for unloading soiled products.
• Load clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks according to designated customer routes.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded.
• Follow safety guidelines and attendance policies.
